Your agreement to participate in an online yoga class, live or on demand, means that you fully agree to the following: 

I understand that I have enrolled in a program of potentially strenuous physical activity.

I hereby absolve My Yoga Melody and any teacher acting on behalf of My Yoga Melody from any responsibility for injuries I might sustain while practicing these movements or methods, or any actions learned with or by My Yoga Melody instructors. 

I hereby release for myself, my heirs and assigns, My Yoga Melody, from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in an exercise program.

Agreement to this Liability Waiver will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions, workshops and/or seminars on this platform.

Varumärket My Yoga Melody med tillhörande webbplatser, program, utbildningar, medlemskap, produkter och tjänster ägs och drivs av My Yoga Melody. Kontakt sker via mail info@myyogamelody.com.

Begreppen "My Yoga Melody", "myyogamelody.com", "Min YogaMelodi" "minyogamelodi.se", "oss", "vår/a", "vi" eller motsvarande avser My Yoga Melody. Termen "du", "dina" eller motsvarande hänvisar till användaren/kunden av våra tjänster. Vi benämner samtliga utbildningar, produkter, livesändningar, yogaklasser, tjänster och erbjudanden som "tjänsten".

Dessa Köp- och Användningsvillkor anger hur du får använda tjänsten. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra dessa köp- och användningsvillkor och reserverar oss för felskrivningar och kontinuerliga uppdateringar.

Genom att klicka på "Sign up", "Complete purhase", "Köp nu", "Köp", "Betala" eller motsvarande fras på köpknappen alternativt ange din betalkortsnummer eller PayPal-uppgifter, samtycker du till att få tillgång till våra tjänster, godkänner du Köp- och Användningsvillkoren samt integritetspolicyn och är juridiskt bunden av dem, oavsett om du har läst dem eller inte, med förbehåll för villkoren som anges nedan. Om du inte accepterar någon del av dessa villkor ska du inte använda våra tjänster.

• Vänligen uppmärksamma att när du har laddat ner produkten, eller loggat in på tjänsten/medlemskapet, så har du förbrukat din ångerrätt.

• Som företagare gäller inte distansköplagen d.v.s. du har ingen ångerrätt på våra tjänster.
• Vid köp som privatperson gäller LODA, lagen om distanshandel och du har då 14 dagars ångerrätt från den dag du genomförde köpet och om produkten inte har laddats ner, och om du inte har loggat in på tjänsten/medlemskapet. Om du ångrar ditt köp vänligen kontakta oss på info@myyogamelody.com. Ångrat köp behöver alltid bekräftas skriftligen via e-post.
• Uppfyller du kraven för ångerrätt enligt LODA återbetalas ej bokningsavgifter som uppgår till cirka 5% av avgiften som ska återbetalas.

In case you will join My Yoga Melody on Kuula.tv, you need to sign up for an account there and share the required information with them. This is not linked to My Yoga Melody's website. Should you receive a free class offer from us to use at Kuula.tv, your email might be used to set up this free access and link it to your user account in the Kuula.tv platform.

Your information is stored in data centers in the European Union. For technical reasons, our suppliers might have to move the information to countries outside EU.

To be able to provide a high level of service towards you as a customer, we might save additional customer data to your profile. You have the right to request access to this data. If this data should be incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, we are required to correct or delete this data. As a customer you have the right to prevent us from using your customer data in marketing. We reserve the right to make printing errors, or accidental false information, or errors in specifications, on all the services we provide.
