We will need to collect some information about you to be able to provide you with information emails, and payment data and statistics, in order with this general policy. We will not collect any more information than we need to be able to provide our services to you.

We will only keep email conversations as long as we have an on-going communication.

Information that we use for newsletters and marketing will be kept until you choose to unsubscribe from this.

Your personal information on this website will be handled only by My Yoga Melody, unless we are required to share the information for legal reasons, such as subpoena, court order, or other governmental request.

In case you will join My Yoga Melody on Kuula.tv, you need to sign up for an account there and share the required information with them. This is not linked to My Yoga Melody's website. Should you receive a free class offer from us to use at Kuula.tv, your email might be used to set up this free access and link it to your user account in the Kuula.tv platform.

Your information is stored in data centers in the European Union. For technical reasons, our suppliers might have to move the information to countries outside EU.

Right to access personal data: You can request to receive a copy of the personal data we have stored about you.

Right to correct personal data: We want to make sure your data is up to date and correct. You can request to get the personal data corrected or deleted if you believe it is incorrect.

Right to delete information: You can request us to delete your personal data. We are not allowed to delete personal data which we are legally required to keep.

Right to request portability of your personal data: You can request us to move your personal data from our IT environment to someone else, either another company or to you. We are not allowed to move personal data which we are legally required to keep.

Complaints: You have the right to make a complaint to a government supervisory authority.

When you contact us about one of your rights, we need to verify that you are the right person before we disclose or delete anything.

We will only store personal data registered by the customer, or by us at the time of an order being placed. We will not give out any personal data, email addresses or other customer information to third parties, without the customer's agreement. We will immediately remove all information about the customer if the customer requests this.

By accepting our order terms you also agree to being contacted by us in marketing purposes. This contact could be via email, text message, post, or other ways. To be able to provide a high level of service towards you as a customer, we might save additional customer data to your profile. You have the right to request access to this data. If this data should be incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, we are required to correct or delete this data. As a customer you have the right to prevent us from using your customer data in marketing. We reserve the right to make printing errors, or accidental false information, or errors in specifications, on all the services we provide.
